O.R.C.A training offers a range of courses including first aid, outdoor recreation, training and assessment and more. No matter if you are completing a single unit of competency, accredited training or a full qualification our student handbook is available to support you and assist you in your training experience.
The O.R.C.A Student Handbook policies and procedures provides you the student information on enrollment, induction, fees and charges, assessment, student responsibilities, continuous improvement, harassment, bullying, O.C.R.A as an organisation and more.
We encourage all students who enroll with us to keep this handbook on hand during your training, as it will provide additional guidance as you progress throughout your training. As with all training we encourage you to liaise with your trainer directly about any issues, concerns or trouble you may have immediately to ensure you get the best outcome, with ease and confidence.
O.R.C.A training wishes you all the very best during your study and we trust you will have an enjoyable and successful experience.
