O.R.C.A has developed a number of Nationally Recognised Training courses (NRT) in first aid. The Respond Right First Aid courses and training programs have been designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to Respond Right in emergency situations at work, in the home or during recreational activities.
The courses offered through O.R.C.A under Respond Right have been designed in consultation with the medical industry, recreational sporting, dive industry and business experts to ensure the most up to date information and training methods are used. This consultation process ensures O.R.C.A‘s Respond Right training options are flexible and meet the needs of participants.
Respond Right courses include basic first aid skills and CPR through to advance skills including remote area training, Oxygen administration, asthma, anaphylaxis and automated external defibrillation (AED). These skills and course are vital to many industries are careers; and are important skills to learn for day to day life.
Accidents, illness and injury occur every day in the home, workplace and at play. Some people may need a helping hand, whilst others may suffer serious or permanent injury if they are not given the right response. By mastering the Respond Right skills including CPR and first aid you will be confident you have the skills to render important care to those in need.
Having the essential skills to help sick or injured family members, co-workers or even a total stranger is reassuring and rewarding.
